White Chocolate Reese’s Oatmeal

Eating to fuel your body is the best thing you can do. Its the only body you have so you have to take care of it, Right? … Eating healthy doesn’t always have to taste boring or bland. Here is one of my favorite meals that tastes bomb. I call it the “White Chocolate Reese’s Oatmeal”. Its super  fast/easy to make and you get all the right nutrition in one whole bowel! … Couldn’t get any better than that…

First gather up your ingredients

Reese's Oatmeal

Measuring cup ..1/3 cup

Oats.

All natural Skippy PB with honey.

Cinnamon.



Directions

First put 1/3 cup of oats into your bowl and add some water. You can use water, almond milk, skim milk, or whatever floats your boat. Make sure you add a tad bit more than what you normally would, you want a little bit of liquid left over after cooking. Once that is done take one scoop of the Vanilla Ice Cream Protein, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and last but not least one tbs. of PB and mix it all together.

Reese's Oatmeal

I promise you this will be your new favorite meal. The protein powder gives you the right amount of protein your body needs, the oatmeal gives you your low glycemic carbs (the good carbs that break down fast), and the cinnamon to help speed up metabolism. This meal is perfect!
